陜西建材科技公司人力資源部到黃陵公司開展人力資源優化工作調研
為有效促進(jin)人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源管理和業(ye)務深度融合,優化人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源結構,進(jin)一步提升企業(ye)綜合管理水(shui)平和核心競爭(zheng)力。5月6日上午,陜西(xi)建材科技公司總經理助理、人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源部(bu)部(bu)長(chang)王建輝一行到黃陵公司開展人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源優化工作調研,該公司領導(dao)班子成員、相關部(bu)門負責人(ren)(ren)和關鍵崗位人(ren)(ren)員陪同調研。
座談會(hui)上,該公司用詳實的數據就當下(xia)人(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源管(guan)理現(xian)狀(zhuang)、存在問題及建議進行了匯報。調(diao)研組認真聽取匯報,并就規范人(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源管(guan)理模式(shi)、崗位工作(zuo)職(zhi)(zhi)級體系、職(zhi)(zhi)工薪酬待遇等重點工作(zuo),與大家探(tan)討交流、提出措施辦(ban)法。
就如何做好下(xia)一階段工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),王建輝提出四(si)點要求(qiu):一是(shi)(shi)要深入推進干部人(ren)事制度(du)、勞動(dong)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)制度(du)、薪酬分配制度(du)改革,有效(xiao)解(jie)決(jue)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)“能進不能出”、管理(li)人(ren)員“能上不能下(xia)”、收入“能增不能減”的問題。二是(shi)(shi)要優化配置,盤(pan)活資(zi)(zi)源,通過合理(li)調控用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)總(zong)量,保障人(ren)才積累,儲備盤(pan)活人(ren)力資(zi)(zi)源;嚴(yan)格編制定(ding)員,優化勞動(dong)組(zu)織,提高企業運行(xing)效(xiao)率。三是(shi)(shi)要全面(mian)培(pei)訓,重點培(pei)養,多渠道(dao)促(cu)進人(ren)才成長,實(shi)現全員素質提升,大力培(pei)養“高精尖缺”技能操作(zuo)人(ren)才。四(si)是(shi)(shi)要創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)思路,扎實(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),開創(chuang)人(ren)力資(zi)(zi)源工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)新(xin)(xin)局(ju)面(mian),自(zi)(zi)覺加強自(zi)(zi)身建設(she),不斷提高隊伍素質,努力書(shu)寫人(ren)力資(zi)(zi)源工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)新(xin)(xin)篇章。
